Kirsty Garrett joining as Board Chair

Proseek Bio is delighted to announce that Kirsty Garrett has joined us as Board Chair.

Kirsty is an accomplished and forward-thinking leader with more than 35 years of experience, much of it in the high-growth technology sector. She joins us at an important moment, as we continue building the foundations to bring new blood-based diagnostic tools from the lab into clinical practice.

Building and scaling in digital health

Kirsty brings direct operating experience from the CEO seat. She led Doctors on Demand, a pioneering primary care telehealth business, through 40-fold revenue growth over five years. The company was successfully acquired by Vitura Health (ASX:VIT).

That journey, from an early-stage health innovation to a scaled business and a successful exit, is one few directors have lived firsthand. It means Kirsty understands both the opportunity and the discipline required to grow a new model of care in a regulated sector.

Strategy, governance and commercial depth

Across the boards she serves, Kirsty is known for strong strategic, governance and commercial expertise. She has a proven track record of fostering innovation, supporting organisational growth and guiding businesses through periods of change.

Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a Certified Chair and Fellow of the Advisory Board Centre, and a former member of the QUT Alumni Board.
